1. What forms of payment do you accept?

ibspot.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
For in-store and phone orders, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all locations within the United States.
Products may ship from the U.S. or overseas warehouses depending on availability.
The ship-from location is clearly displayed on each product page.


3. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by product and ship-from location.
Each product page displays its shipping cost, and the final total is calculated at checkout.
We use USPS and UPS for all domestic shipments within the U.S.


4. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

Processing time before shipment is typically 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may request to cancel your order before the item has been shipped.
Once a package has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you can request a return after receiving your order.

To request a cancellation:

Please make your cancellation request as soon as possible after placing the order to ensure we can process it before shipment.


6. Can I return an item?

Yes. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To initiate a return, please contact us:

We’ll provide a free return shipping label for eligible returns.
If you return an item without contacting us first, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.


7. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.


8. How can I check my order status?

You can view your order status anytime by logging into your ibspot.com account.
If you checked out as a guest, please contact us via Chat or Email for an update.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number.


9. Do you have an in-store pickup option?

Not at this time, but we hope to offer in-store pickup in the future.


10. I can’t find an item on your website — can you help?

Yes! We carry more items in our inventory than are displayed online.
If you’re looking for something specific, please contact our customer service team — we may be able to special order it directly from the manufacturer.
