Our high-quality and rust-proof turnbuckles have an open clamping sleeve with the clamping body closed as well as two sturdy eyelets with metric thread. Due to the production of the turnbuckle made of V4A stainless steel, it does not need to be hot-dip galvanisBecause a turnbuckle is usually galvanized when inferior non-stainless steel is used. Since our A4 turnbuckles with two eyelets made of rust-proof stainless steel from our German brand niroxal are already made of high-quality and durable stainless steel, this is of course not necessary.
Turnbuckles are usually used to tighten a rope or wire. Tensioning is possible without any problems, because the tensile tension can be increased or reduced at any time by the clamping screws. So you always achieve a perfect result for your individual project.
Especially slightly thicker wire ropes cannot be pulled tight enough without a turnbuckle. Because thicker ropes also offer higher stability, but also a higher weight and poorer flexibility. The right turnbuckle can apply the necessary tensile forces.
Our turnbuckles with two eyelets in open design in the closed clamping body comply with DIN 1478 and 1480.
