Step 1: Begin by dispensing 1 or 2 tablespoons of Healing Haven’s Organic Castor Oil onto the center of the pack’s soft cotton surface, being careful to keep clear of the seams to prevent leakage. Step 2: Position the pack over the preferred region, securing it snugly with the attached ties. Step 3: Once your castor oil pack is comfortably in place, simply relax and let it work its magic. Washing Instructions: It is best NOT to wash your pack but if it begins to leak oil at seams or becomes too dirty the instructions can be followed below: Soak overnight in a bowl in a mixture of hot water, baking soda, and natural dish soap In the morning, hand wash the pack with hot water and natural dish soap, wring it out as much as you can Select an old tea towel (one you’re willing to sacrifice) and place the backpack’s outer layer against it. Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
