How to use this product
Untie and release the crossed straps before putting on the support.
Position the brace over the knee, ensuring that the blue line is at the top.
Fasten the upper straps:
Pull the longest strap diagonally across the front of the thigh and fasten with the hook-and-loop fastener marked 'I'.
Pass this strap over the back of the thigh and fasten it at the point marked 'II'.
Then pull the shorter upper strap diagonally across the front of the thigh and fasten at point 'II'.
Attach the lower straps:
Cross the two lower straps over the front of the shin.
Pass them around the calf before fastening them together at the point marked 'III'.
