Product Overview
- Small in size; install in a compact space, install in both rimed & rimless aquariums or sumps. ATO is nano at only 0.7 inches.
- Includes <1mm dual precision optical sensors, watches the water level in real time, ensures the aquariums water fluctuation is less than 0.6 centimeters.
- New technologies that allow the ATO to be more reliable; EFTT(Extened-Filling-Time Technology), AFT(Anti-fluctuation Technology) techology, & upgraded QST 2.0 (Quick-Security Technology). EFTT can recognize your aquariums size & will dertimine how long it takes to fill to the desired level. QST alerts you in real-time when the ato is finished & prevents over filling. AFT measures the water level & ensures the ATO doesn't activate the pump unnecessarily.
- QST 2.0 provides real-time protection against overfilling & won't allow the pump to run dry. The ATO controller will give a visual alert & stop the pump immediately when it senses a refilling time more than 6 times longer than the time calcualted by EFTT. QST will detect malfunctions of the sensor, controller or if you have a empty reservoir. Version 2.0 includes new technology making our ATO's the most safe option.
- All accessories included in the package. Strong magnets can support aquarium wall thickness up to 0.78 inches (20mm). Check valve prevents backflow & will not drain your main display. 74 gallon per hour water pump will lift water up to 2 meters ensuring water delivery to even the biggest aquariums.

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
