Note:
1. Please check the flow switch carefully before installation. The packaging should be complete and the appearance should be free from damage and deformation. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer.
2. The flow switch can be installed in a vertical pipe or a vertical pipe in the direction of liquid flow, but it cannot be installed in a pipe with a downward flow. When installed in a pipeline with upward flow, gravity should be considered.
3. The flow switch must be installed on the straight pipeline, and the straight stroke of at least 5 signal diameters on both sides should be noted. At the same time, it should be noted that the flow direction in the pipeline must be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the switch housing. The terminal should be easy to connect. position;
4. The HFS water flow switch should not be used in pipelines where the liquid temperature drops below the liquid freezing point.
5. The HFS water flow switch cannot be hit by water. If a quick closing valve is installed downstream of the water flow switch, a throttle must be used.
6. When installing the wiring, please pay attention to the following items:
* It is absolutely forbidden to hit the switch bottom plate by the wrench, resulting in failure of the flow switch deformation.
* In order to avoid electric shock and damage to the equipment, the power should be cut off during wiring or commissioning.
* When wiring, it is absolutely forbidden to adjust other screws except the micro switch terminal and grounding screw. It should be noted that the micro switch should not be used too hard when it is wired. Otherwise, the position of the micro switch itself may be displaced, resulting in failure of the flow switch.
* Wiring must use special grounding screws. The mounting screws cannot be removed at will, otherwise the controller will be deformed.
* The blades of the flow switch cannot be in contact with the inner wall of the pipe and other restrictors in the pipe, otherwise the switch will not be reset normally.
Installation and adjustment:
1. Open the flow switch housing.
2. The switch has been set to the minimum flow value when it leaves the factory. Increase the flow setting and turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise.
3. Press the target to check if the micro switch can work normally. Excessive clockwise rotation of the adjusting screw may cause the flow switch to fail.
4. After the installation is finished, please check by pressing the flow switch lever several times. Once there is no click sound when the lever is recovered, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise until there is a click sound when replying.
5, the paint seal adjustment screw is only for factory adjustment of the flow switch state, please do not change or adjust.
6. Three working cycles should be observed to make sure that the switch and the system connected to it are functioning properly and that the switch housing is covered in time.
