Always monitor and examine the contact area for signs of rash or sores. If you see any signs of rash or sores discontinue using the product until the skin has healed and readjust the collar to avoid any harm. Wash your pets neck area and contact points on a weekly basis, if your pets hair is too long it may cause the receiver to not function properly. When collar is active, always monitor your pets behavior for signs of impatience, rejection or other signs of discomfort. Always start with vibration or tone mode first as shock mode is recommended in emergency situations and not adivsed as a form of positive constructive behavior training.
