Note:
1. This model cannot remove the connector to balance other batteries. For example, after balancing a drum pad, move it to another drum pad. If you do this, you will definitely damage the balancer and must be fastened together with the battery.
2. If you want to use this balancer as a solar battery, your balance current may not be large. Since the solar battery is always charging and discharging, the battery voltage difference is small and the current obtained is also small. If the capacity is the same, the greater the voltage difference, the greater the current.
3. The pressure difference of the new battery will not be too large, but the capacity should be consistent. If the battery voltage difference is 0.2-0.3V, the voltage difference is too large. At the end of full charge and discharge, there may be a voltage difference of 0.5V, and the balance current at this time will also be the largest. But the value of the differential pressure does not last long.
4. Balance Current of about 10A: When the voltage difference exceeds 0.8V, the balance current of 10A will be reached, but this does not mean that each battery chain can reach the current of 10A.
Generally, 4A balanced current is the safest. Keeping the balance current at 10A for a long time will damage the balancer.
Do not create more than 0.7v differential pressure and keep it for 10 minutes or longer will damage the balancer.
First Time Using:
1. Be careful to connect each balance line, wrong wiring will damage the balancer.
2. Do not disassemble the connector port every time. Frequent connection and disconnection of connectors can cause poor contact and affect the balance current.
3. The battery must be installed and fixed.
4. The green connector must be pulled out before wiring.
5. After the balance line is connected, you can insert the connector, and start charging for the first time to enhance the balance effect.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.
