My daughter has been suffering from severe pain for almost four months as the result of an ankle injury. A PA in the orthopedics department at our university medical center suggested that CRPS might be the culprit, which led me to research treatments while my daughter waited for her appointment with a pain specialist. She has started using Mirica together with ALA and NAC, and in conjunction with left/right discrimination therapy. The left/right therapy sounds crazy, but it’s a sort of hack that helps rebalance subconscious parts of the brain that are dysregulated (to learn more, search for the Recognise app, the NOI Group and mirror box therapy).The results are nothing short of a miracle. She still has some pain, but it is dramatically reduced from the peak and is now tolerable. She is suffering from “cold” CRPS which involves reduced blood flow to the foot. Her left foot had been much colder than her right, but after a week of Mirica her left foot is now much warmer.Try it, and be sure to use ALA, NAC and left/right discrimination therapy too. Helps achiness from Fibro & neuropathy really well. No taste or obvious side effects- other than definitely take with food as it does help keep everything moving through you- in a good way.

My Fibromyalgia doctor recommended this product. It is very helpful in reducing the degree of global pain with this condition.

My doc insisted I try it for a couple months, but I got nothing out of it.

This really helped me feel better all over. “Pea” is highly recommend for autoimmune pain from stomach, allergy, fibromyalgia, lupus, chemo, etc. No side effects.

I followed the directions on the bottle and after six weeks nearly all my pain is gone. I can walk and move normally again. I wish it wasn’t so expensive, but it works for me like nothing else has, and does not have the side effects and worries that NSAID’s do.

Got it more for allergy symptoms and rosacea -- definitely takes the rosacea down a few notches.

Bought this for my husband. Lyrica just doesn't do enough. This fills in the Gap and gives him relief from neuropathy.

I have severe arthritis, and severe pain, in both knees. This product (specifically Mirica, the micronized form of PEA) was recommended by my chronic pain doctor. It works amazingly well! I also take Lyrica (pregabalin) and an opioid (buprenorphine), but when the Mirica kicked in, just a week after getting up to a dose of two capsules (630 mg.) twice a day with food, it made a *noticeable* difference. I'm convinced!

I started using Mirica a few weeks ago and it is literally, a miracle. Have had nerve/sciatica pain in my calf that became unrelenting, especially towards the end of the day. I was skeptical after a friend recommended this product but I didn't want to keep popping advil every day. Tried it, taking the large initial dose, and within a week I was almost in no pain. Have had no side effects. The only complaint, it is not cheap. But it works, and so, it is worth it.

I am using it as part of a protocol for GI detox. So far so good :)

This product was recommend by my holistic psychiatrist whom treats MCAS. I've been using for 2 months and feeling more stable with less mast cell activation episodes. Thank you Mirica, very kind customer service too. I need a product that is clean without expedients that can cause reactions.

Jury is still out. Using it for extreme leg fatigue and pain in a child with an autoimmune disorder.

How long does his expensive product take to work??? It's been almost a month and I still am having nagging nerve pain mid back.

The reason I gave two stars is that I appreciate the fact that a fellow CRPS sufferer has started a successful business that seems to help some people. I unfortunately was not one of them. I followed the instructions as provided, but apparently I am not deficient in this particular supplement for it to make a difference for me. That is my pc way of saying it did nothing...Oh well, on to the next magic bullet...

I use this product for fibromyalgia and it really helps. It takes about a month or more to build up in your body to work and I found the best way for me to take it is a dose of 4 or 5 in the evening with food.

Product as described. Took per instructions and had horrible gas. Not sure if product would work since I had to quit taking it

Mirica has worked marvelously in relieving my neck and back pain. I am a 51 yr old dental Hygienist and I was not sure how much longer I was going to be able to continue working in the field due to the pain. I could tell a difference in about a week of taking Mirica. I just ordered two more bottles. I highly recommend this product.

I have had MS for several years. For some reason I have had terrible hip pain. The doctors have all kinds of ideas for the pain. We are talking horrible pharmaceuticals. After doing research I found this. I have been on it for a month. I am noticing an improvement, but will keep taking it hoping for a bigger change. I think it is something that takes awhile to build up in your system and get that endocannabinoid system in balance.

Works great for pain. Being in chronic pain is hard. This helps alleviate some of the pain. In combination with other naturopathic items I am nearly as pain free as with a possibly addictive narcotic. I feel much better taking this than a narcotic for my chronic pain.

I was very skeptical of this after trying a range of other modalities with modest to nil effect. This hasn’t cured my neuropathy in a month but it has eliminated serious pain and alleviated extreme nerve sensitivity. I am off two meds and probably could drop the third. Amazing!
