Why we avoid big rounder corners design between piecces? Big rounder corners affect the aesthetics of the puzzle, and affect surface flatness, so we use smaller circles to maintain the stability on a flatter outlet structure and inner appearance. Usinf the conical spring extended into the center pieces housing, this reduce the spring noise due to the contact of spring and washer.
On the inner side edge pieces, we added 2 track to make it anti stickiness betweent pieces in contact, the smaller contact surface reduce friction and thus improving the smoothness of the puzzle.
