We at Ox Clutch have a very stringent quality program. It is our opinion that we owe it to our clients to provide the product in pristine condition "the first time." We sincerely hope that this warranty policy is nothing more than a piece of mind when purchasing a clutch from Ox Clutch.
OX Clutch warrants that a clutch sold by OX will perform to industry standard for a period of 13 months from the date of purchase displayed on the invoice accompanying the clutch at time of purchase. The warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. If upon inspection, it is determined that a defect does, in fact exist, OX will provide a new compatible clutch with new installation kit at no cost to the client. There are no other warranties whatsoever; however, should the clutch in question not be defective but rather failed for a reason such as abuse, improper installation or for any other reason, it may be tendered to OX Clutch, Inc. for replacement under the terms of our Lifetime Discount Program.
FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Please contact us BEFORE removing the clutch. We will require pictures of the installation. This means we need pictures of the clutch INSTALLED. Please provide clear pictures that include how the clutch is bolted on and a profile shot that includes the belt alignment and the entire clutch. This is REQUIRED to initiate any warranty claim.
OX CLUTCH LIFETIME DISCOUNT PROGRAM:
When installed according to the included instructions, you can expect this product to serve you for many years. To ensure this is the case, we have created the following Discount Program to augment the one-year warranty included with each OX Clutch. With this program there are no limitations as to the cause of failure when utilizing the program. It can be activated for any reason, even neglect, improper installation, whatever. As the original clutch ages, the cost of exchange increases, the idea being that a clutch that has been used for many years has given a higher percentage of the service that was expected. With the Discount Program, you will receive a complete new clutch and installation kit. This clutch will be covered by a new one-year warranty as well as this Lifetime Exchange Policy. The table below outlines costs associated with the various stages of the Discount Program.
