How to install your foot lock per provided manual instructions:
1. Make sure the door is closed in the locked position.
2. Lengthen the bolt down until it has fastened .
3. Position the lock on the vertical rail of slider, and without touching the bottom sill; place the bolt as close as possible.
4. Mark the holes and then mount them with screws provided.Position the keeper so that the bolt is on the center of the slot at position on the keeper, then mark holes use two screws to mount the keeper.Door opening can be limited to approx. 3" simply engaging the bolt onto the second slot at position of the keeper.
