All Products are shipped FREE to the Continental US with UPS Ground service, which will take approximately 1-6 business days. We will not ship to APO, FPO, PO Box, nor US Protectorates. We do not offer customer pickup at any of our locations. Be aware that orders with multiple items may ship from different locations and may not arrive at the same time.

UPS is responsible for transit times, not the seller. The estimated delivery time given is by UPS and excludes weekends, holidays, peak periods of the year and inclement weather situations.

Every now and again damage will occur during shipping - if you see severe damage to the box and can visually see the part is also damaged without opening the box, then please refuse the shipment. We will either get a new product out to you immediately or if the damaged product was the last one available in stock, we will refund you in full. If you find the part is damaged by shipping after opening the box then please file a claim with UPS. The customer must do this since they will schedule a time with you to come look at the box in their claim review. After you start the claim please contact us so we can issue a replacement if available. If a replacement part is not available a refund will be awarded at the close of the UPS claim if UPS is found at fault.

Order Processing

Most products ship within 24 hours (1 business day). Some items that are being sold as refinished/refurbished may still be in process at the time of your order and could take an additional 2 business days to complete before shipping.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:
