Rinsing the nose with lukewarm saltwater is a traditional yoga method and an old folk remedy that has found its way back into our homes. It is recommended by many doctors and ear- nose- and throat specialists. The water flows in through one nostril and out the other, cleansing the nose and nasal cavity. Regular nasal cleansing (neti) can prevent and relieve nasal congestion, colds, flu and sinusitis. It can also be a great help against allergy and asthma, as well as snoring. In addition, nose cleansing sharpens the sense of smell and gives mental clarity. At Scandinavian Yoga and Meditation School we have taught neti for more than 40 years. Our long experience with neti has laid the foundation for the unique and practical design of NoseBuddy. Easy to use: The salt and water is mixed directly into the jug. With the measuring spoon for salt and measuring mark for water, you always get the right salt concentration (physiological saline 0.9%). This makes neti a pleasant experience. Rinses quickly, gently and effectively: NoseBuddy's long spout and large volume gives the water a good flow. Therefore it rinses thoroughly, even if you have a cold. Light and durable: Ideal at home and when travelling. The pot weighs only 120 grams and is unbreakable. Clear and detailed instructions: Includes how to, in the best possible way, blow and dry your nose after the cleansing. This is important for optimum effect, especially in case of colds and sinusitis!

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations
