I have been trying to find a sleep aid for my mother who’s in her 60’s …. After many different holistic sleep aids, prescription sleep aids…. This is the only one she has been able to sleep with and wakes up feeling rested without the sluggish / light headed feeling all others have given her. I’m so thankful we have found this product!

Worked pretty good but the price has gone $6 up in 3 months since mylastpurchase.

The product helps me to easily go to sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready to start the day.

This really helps me fall asleep fast and stay asleep. Frustrated that Amazon doesn’t seem to be selling this type of Alteril currently, however, and hope it comes back soon.

I have insomnia and this product works the best out any of the over the counter products I've tried. I have to combine these capsules with 2 other products that are legal in my state. Plus another product that helps. The alteril takes the edge off and it really helps me get sleepy.

It's expensive for me because I'm on a fixed-income!

I get to sleep a lot quicker now, without waking up every 2 hours. I can finally sleep through the night!!! Also, I don't feel groggy the next day, but I advise only taking one of them 30 minutes before bedtime, because one night I took 2 and was sleepy for most of the next day. Alteril is also a great value. It's not expensive and it works with natural ingredients!!!

It is not like other kinds!!! It doesn't leave you jettery& jumpy!!!

I’ve been using product for over a year now. On nights when I cannot fall asleep I will take Alteril and after 20 or 30 minutes I am out like a light.AND: I have no problem waking up in the morning and no grogginess.Also fairly priced and safer then taking prescription sleep medication.

I have been taking one Alteril fast acting softgel pill every night for more than a year before going to bed. It really works. After taking the pill I can usually fall into sleep. It is much better than other similar pills I have tried to replace it, like Avinol PM and REMfresh. And I am glad I can find a better price for the product at Amazon than at a Walmart store.

This helps but still not getting a good nights sleep

Got them to help me sleep. Sleep is what I did. Will take much earlier next time. I’m not used to sleep meds so was hard to get up but glad they helped me sleep.

They work decently enough, better then most natural sleep aids. Personally I can't take them every night or they stop working after a couple nights. Also, I'm a large man and I take 4 at a time.

Do not taste nor smell these capsules if you don’t wish to gag. Throw them on the back of your tongue and swallow quickly because they actually work. It’s a pity they are so nasty smelling and tasting, but I’m telling you if you’re desperate and need something, anything to get you to sleep and not kill you along the way…these are your answer. Also there’s no lingering grogginess with these, a huge bonus.

Me and my wife tried this product for 5 days so far,My wife itches and for my self the sleep is off and on and in the mornings I wake up with a headache and tired .

Love this product but all the capsules were melted in the package I received
